Stanton Hill has nearly 14 years of cross-functional experience centered on finance, strategic planning, project management and program execution. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance, Accounting and Process Management at the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Hill’s work spans finance, project management, process design, and technology integrations. Through his leadership, NSBE has successfully modernized and automated many of its operations.
Prior to NSBE, Stanton held financial, strategic and analytical responsibilities at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). He designed and implemented budget and cash flow processes to manage $30 million in grant funding and a $12 million operating budget in support of development operations. UNCF’s national board and executive leadership team recognized Stanton’s efforts with several awards and promotions. Hill has a B.A. in Business Administration Management from Morehouse College with a Psychology minor and an M.B.A. in Innovation Entrepreneurship and High Technology from Northeastern University. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Non-Profit Accounting Professional designations.
